Lcdmod Kit uses Hongkong Post (http://www.hongkongpost.com) for their fast delivery and affordable international rates.

Shipping Rates and Handling Charges

We ship items worldwide.
Shipping charge is free for all items in our shop.
No handling charge.

Ship and Delivery
(1) Order Processing
After shipping out of items, we will update the order status in PayPal and you will receive an order status e-mail. We will handle and ship your order within 5 days.

(2) Delivery Time
Items are shipped from Hong Kong by air post.

North America - US (~2-3 weeks), Canada (~2-3 weeks)

South America - ~4-5 weeks

Europe - UK (~1-3 weeks), Germany/French (~2-4 weeks), Italy (~4-5 weeks)

Australia - ~2-3 weeks

South East Asia - ~2-3 weeks

(We have not listed all countries, just give you an idea about delivery time to worldwide)

(3) Tracking number
Tracking number will be provided for item which mention "Ship by registered air mail"

(4) Delivery Address
Shipping address must same as your address in your PayPal a/c

(5) Delivery Package
Components and Chip Components items are shipped by bubble pack. LCD which larger than LKC-1602-B2 and Accessories items are shipped by carton box.

Terms and Policies

Privacy Policy
Under the Lcdmod Kit Privacy Policy, we never sell, rent, or give your information to anyone.

Taxes and duties
Quoted prices do not include taxes imposed by your country. You will be responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country's customs officials. We have no way to pre-pay or predict those fees.

Minimum Order
There are no minimum order in out online sales web site.

Stock Available
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed on our site are available.

Return Policy
If item keep in new and good conditions, without any scratch and use. We accept product return by customers within 60 days, however, buyers is responsible for the return shipping charge.

Product Warranty
All Lcdmod Kit displays and evaluation boards are 100% tested at the factory. These displays and evaluation boards are sensitive electronic components, and must be handled with care, especially concerning damage by ESD (electrostatic discharge).

(1) Functional Defects
Lcdmod Kit shall, at its discretion, replace or repair any LCM that is found to be functionally defective when inspected in accordance to Lcdmod Kit's test procedures, for a period of 30 days from the date of goods receiving.

(2) Cosmetic or Visual Defects
Cosmetic or visual defects must be reported and returned to Lcdmod Kit within 30 days of goods receiving.

(3) Warranty shall be void under the following conditions:

Signs of undue mechanical stress forced on the module.
The LCD glass was broken.
LCD polarizer was damaged or scratched.
PCB I/O pins holes damaged.
PCB tracks or conductors damaged.
Circuit modified any way, including addition or removal of components.
PCB tampered by grinding, engraving, drilling or application of coatings of any kind soldering to the bezel or modifying the bezel in any way.

The liability of Lcdmod Kit is limited to replacement or repair of the defective items on the terms set forth and shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential events.

(4) Life support
These products are not designed for use in life support appliances, devices or systems where malfunction of these products can reasonably be expected to result in personal injury. Lcdmod Kit, Incorporated customers using or selling these products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify Lcdmod Kit, Incorporated for any damages resulting from such application.

Limitation of Liability
Lcdmod Kit assumes no liability for the following:

Third party claims against you or your company for damages.
Overall product failure due to a Lcdmod Kit component.
Life or medical support device failure.
